“Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.” – Marc Riboud
I've been documenting life and the world around us ever since I was a little kid when I got my first camera, a Spy Kids 110, from a McDonald's Happy Meal. (And I still have it!) After discovering the black & white darkroom, I studied photography lugging around a large 4x5 view camera on my back as well as my dad's Nikkormat. Even with digital as the standard now, I keep my instax cameras and lomo nearby.
Born and raised in the NYC area, I have lived all over the northeast, from the DC area to Boston. And now my husband, two daughters, and I made a huge leap across the country and are adjusting to life in sunny SoCal.
When I'm not shooting, you'll find me swimming neck-deep in family life, running around with and after my daughters, tending our small vegetable garden, and dreaming of the day when I can take my girls to a live music festival, one with The Killers headlining.
